The short version: MitzvahLife is a tool to help you grow in mitzvos. Use it kindly and lawfully. It's provided as-is. Game elements like points and levels are for motivation only — they are not a halachic ranking, and nothing here is a psak. When in doubt on halacha, ask your rav.

1. Acceptance

2. The Service

MitzvahLife helps you track mitzvos, learn, build streaks, form teams, and record dedications. Core features are free. We may add paid plans (Neshamah+, Kehillah Pro) and sponsorship options in the future.

3. Your content & data

Your mitzvah data is yours. In the current version it is stored on your device. You're responsible for backing it up (the app offers an export). See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service unlawfully or to harm, harass, or deceive others.
Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
In teams and community features, treat others with kavod. We may remove content or accounts that abuse the community.

5. Torah & halachic content

Sources, translations, and learning links are provided for inspiration and study. They are not a substitute for a rav. Point values, levels, and badges are motivational game mechanics and do not represent the relative weight or halachic priority of any mitzvah. Hebrew-date calculations (e.g., yahrtzeits) are provided as a convenience; for halachic decisions, confirm with a qualified halachic authority.

6. Payments & refunds (future)

If you purchase a subscription or sponsorship, billing terms (price, renewal, refunds) will be shown at checkout and processed by [Stripe]. Charitable commitments we publish (e.g., "10% to tzedakah") will be honored as described.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
